<br />"Resolution No. 56-126 accepting street work on East First Street
<br />between the Santa Fe Railway and Mabury Street and requesting the
<br />County of Orange to transfer to the City of Santa Aha funds
<br />allocated therefor"

<br />a 3.83 acre parcel 330' wide and 536' deep, on the south side of Dyer Road, the
<br />
<br />line of which is approximately 330' east of the center line of Main Street. On
<br />
<br />motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Heinly and carried, said documents were
<br />
<br />received and filed.

<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of

<br />Councilman Jerome, seconded by Dahl and carried, the following Resolution entitled:

<br />"Resolution NQ. 56-128 giving notice of proposed annexation to
<br />the City of Santa Aha of that certain uninhabited territory
<br />described herein and designated 'Cheek Annex', and giving notice
<br />of time and place for hearing of protests thereto"
<br />
