<br />On motion of Cou~ncilman Dahl, seconded by Jerome and carried, the bond of Gu~u~ar
<br />E. Watson filed for the improvements in Tract No. 2338, in the sum of $6,000.00,
<br />was ordered released and ~mprovements accepted as completed.

<br /> On motion of CounciLman Jerome, seconded by Do/%l and carried, the bond of Brainard
<br /> Construction Co. Corporation filed for the huprovements ~n Tract No. 1939, in the
<br /> sun~ of $82,000.00, was ordered released and :nuprovements accepted as completed.
