Powell for a 32 foot curb cut for a larg, three-car garage at 2245 North Rosewood Street, was granted. Co[mnuz;icat~on ~¢as read. from the Santa 7c~a Library Board rceommendiras that the pro- posed library building be erected by the Lease-Purchase method, of f:n~$~cing; that the proposed library plans as approved by the L"brary Board of Trustees on October 7th, 1954 be used~ subject only to minor revision if and where found necessary by the Library Board, and the firm of Kealley and Patterson, Consu!tihg Library Architects, be retained to super~:Lse to completion the construction and furnishing of said library. On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Jerome and carried, Milford W. Dahl was granted permission to leave the State from June 15th 'to June ~Sth, 195g.
