Counc~ Chamber <br />Santa Ama City Nall <br />July R, 1956. ?:30 <br /> <br />City Council met in regular session. <br />Meeting cai led to order by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Present: Councilmen <br />Absent: Councilmen <br /> <br />Dale ~1. Heinly, J. Ogden Mark~l, <br />William Jer~ne, Courtney R. Chandler <br />l~ilforcl W. Dahl <br /> <br />Each member of the City Council having received copies of the Minutes of <br />June 18, 1956, reading of the Minutes was dispensed with and approved on <br />motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Jer~ne and carried. <br /> <br />Hearing <br />"Segerstrom ~unex <br />No. 1" <br />Ordinance <br /> <br />This being the date set for hearing protests on annexation to the City of certain <br /> <br />uninhabited territory designated "Segerstrom Annex No. 1", and there being no <br />protests, on motion of Cotmcf!me~ Heinly, seconded by Jerome and carried, the folloV- <br />Lug Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"OrdLuance declaring the annexation of that certain territory <br />designated 'Segerstrcm Annex No. 1'" <br /> <br />Continued hearing <br />Vacate portion of <br />Harbor Road <br />Reso. No. 56-188 <br /> <br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br />This being the date set for the continued hm~ri~ of prote~t~ ~n the vac~%i~ ef <br />portion of w-w~or Road~ no protests were received. The CoUncil having unanimouslyl[ <br />waived the reading of the Besolution, on motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by <br /> <br /> <br />
