<br />On motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Markel and carried, the variance w~s
<br />granted coverf~ the nine acres of land as described in the amended legal
<br />of the property,' subject to the conditions that a 10' alley be dedicated, improved
<br />and paved on the north side, that a 30' street be dedicated on the south side and
<br />a bond filed to insure improvements at such time as they are installed, and subject
<br />to the further conditions as imposed by the Planning Cc~m, tssion.

<br />On motion of Councilman Jern-~, seconded by Markel and carried, the following
<br />Ordinance entitled:

<br /> "Ordinance amending Article IX of the Santa Ann M~uicipal Code creating changes in district bounR~ies and amending Sheets
<br /> No. 52 amd No. 6~ of the distriettng map to show the reclassification"

<br />Properties, Inc., was considered and placed on file for second reading.

<br />This being the date set for hearing and no protests having been received, the
<br />merit application of Orange County Development Company was considered for the re-
<br />classification of property located on the south side of Fairview Avenue, begf~ning
<br />at a point 892' west of the center line of Bristol Street and Fairview Avenue, with
<br />170' frontage on Fairview Avenue and extending south for a depth of 1027', from the
<br />R-1 to the R-3 District. On motion of Counc~mau Jerome, seconded by Markel and
<br />carried, the following Ordinance entitled:

<br /> "Ordinance amending Article IX of the Santa Aha Municipal Code
<br /> creating cb~mes in district boundaries and amending Sheet No.
<br /> 5B of the districting map to show the reclassification"

<br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading.

<br />This being the date set for hearing and no protests having been received, the
<br />merit application of Anton H. Segerstrom et al was considered for the reclassifi.

<br />between Bristol Street and Fairview Road, from the R-1 to the M-1 District. On
<br />motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Dahl and carried, the following Ordinance
<br />entitled:
