Heinly Absent, Counct!~n None The Council having ,,---tmously waived the rending of the Ordinance, on motion of Counc~!m~n Jerome, seconded by Markel and carried, the following Ordinance entitled "Ordinance No. NS-195 amending Article IX of the Santa Aha ~unicipal Code creating changes in district boundaries and amending Sheet No. 6 of the districting map to show the reclassification" of property located at the southwest corner of Seventeenth Street and Grand Avenue, f~m the R-l, R-2 and C Districts to the C-1-PK District, in accordance with amend- merit application of Edith E. On motion of Counci~m~n Jerome, seconded by Markel and carried, Map of Tract No.~07~ submitted by Amron Development Cc~pany for the dedication of Wakeham Avenue, Cedar Street and M~lladay Street and bond in the amount of $17,500.00 were approved, license payment fee in the sum of $1,300.00 accepted and the agreement covering improvements was ordered signed. On motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded l~j Ma~kel and carried, Map of Tract Nc. B080 submitted by Amron Develolment Cc~pasy for the dedication of Grant Street, Cedar Street and Walladay Street and bond in the emount of $17,500.00 were approved, license payment fee in the sam of $1, BOO.O0 accepted aud the agreement covering improvements was ordered signed. On motion of Co1Ancflm-n Jerome, seconded by Markel and carried, Map of Tract No.311] submitted by Amron Develo!m~ent Company for the dedication of Halladay Street, Cemile Street, Bishop Street, PankeY Street, Cedar Street and the alleys for public use for highway purposes, also dedication for all vehicular access rights to Bishop Street to the City and bond in the amount of $47,000,00 were approved, license payment fee in the sum of $2,700.00 accepted and the agreement covering improvements was ordered signed.
