Three Clerk-T~pists: $26,787 <br /> <br /> ~he Clerk-Typists will be assigned to clerical, fi]zhng <br /> matters and prepare the computer input. ~he Clerk-Typists <br /> will be called upon to do indexing and processing as a <br /> clerical support to the Program Analyst position. One Clerk- <br /> ~fpist will handle the unit correspondence, processing re- <br /> quests for information, processing incoming information, main- <br /> taloing various files and directories, and handling incoming <br /> phone calls. The Clerk-Typists, in addition, will be re- <br /> sponsible for coding data from incoming burglary reports to <br /> a meaningful form for input to the computer. ~he $26,787 is <br /> for three Clerk-Typists 100% of the time and will be from the <br /> <br />Advisory Conm~ittee: $4,417 <br /> <br />~he Advisory Committee, comprised of representatives from all <br />participating law enforcement agencies in Orange County, will <br />meet once a month or more frequently if needed, to give assistance <br />to the Project Coordinator and represent participating agencies <br />in the Burglary Index. The committee will act as a liaison be- <br />tween the Index and user agencies. The $4,417 is based on an <br />$8.00 average hourly wage of a Burglary Investigator, times the <br />estimated participating agencies (23) times a 2-hour meeting, <br />(estimated length) times 12 ~etings the program length. <br /> <br /> <br />
