Vacation, sick <br /> leave, and holidays ~re employee benefits and are not in- <br /> cluded in the annual salary. <br /> <br /> 1. Vacation is accumulated at the rate of 1-1/~ days per <br /> month, or 15 days per year. <br /> <br /> 2. Sick leave is grsnted to all employees at the rate of <br /> one day per month, or 12 days per year. ~here is a <br /> 180-day limit accrual. <br /> <br /> B.
