The Task <br />Force will continue to be a designated respons- <br />ible member for the narcotics intelligence <br />network for all Orange County, and other con- <br />cerned jurisdictions throughout Nevada~ Arizona <br />and California. <br /> <br />We hope to continue to have a measure of effect- <br />iveness by the documentation of the design, de- <br />velopment, implementation, and use of ~ntelligence <br />evaluation system for the purpose of assessing <br />the effectiveness of the Narcotics Task Force <br />within the County of Orange; <br /> <br />C. Arrests - Conviction, Ratio <br /> <br />Impact - The Task Force will continue to attempt: <br />through training and increased equipment qvaila- <br />ability to increase both the number of arrests <br />pertaining to drug violations and the eventual <br />conviction of the violator(s), Within the county. <br /> <br />Result - Reducing the number of drug traffickers <br />on the street~ by obtaining convictions of <br />criminal charges, will reduce 'the availability of <br />drugs. <br /> <br />D.
