<br /> Nos. 9 and l0 of the districting map to show the reclassification"

<br />~as introduceS, considered and placed on file for second reading.

<br />This being the date set for hearing protests on annexation to the City of certain
<br />
<br />uninhabited territory designated "Bernstein Fifth Street Annex", and there being
<br />
<br />no protests, on motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Markel and carried, the
<br />
<br />following Ordinance entitled:
<br />
<br />"Ordinance declaring the annexation of that certain territory
<br />designated 'Bernstein Fifth Street Annex'"
<br />
<br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading.
<br />
<br />A tabulation of bids was presented by the Assistant to the Manager for the furnish
<br />
<br />ing of an air compressor, in accordance with Specification No. 6~3-7~ as follows:

<br />The Assistant to the Manager recommended that all bids be rejected for the furnish-

<br />ing of the five business coupes, in accordance with Specification No. 621-11, and
<br />
<br />on motion of Councilman Dab_l, seconded by Jerome and carried, the recommendation
<br />
<br />was approved and the bids rejected. A tabulation of bids was presented by the
<br />
<br />Assistant to the Manager, in accordance with SPecification No. 621-11, for the
<br />
