Election of <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Mayor Chandler requested the Clerk of the Council to preside and then left the Chair. <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilman Jerome, seconded by Heinly and carried, that Milford W. Dahl be <br /> <br />nominated as Mayor. It was moved by Councilman Chandler, seconded by Heinly and carried, that <br /> <br />Election of <br />Vice-Mayor <br /> <br />the nominations be declared closed and Councilman Dahl was unanimously elected Mayor. <br /> <br />It ~as moved by Councilman Chandler, seconded by Heinly and carried, that William Jerome be <br /> <br />nominated as Vice-Mayor.
