D~bl <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />It was moved by Counc!lman Jerome, seconded by Markel and carried, that proper officials <br /> <br />be authorized to execute assignments of agreements and leases for rights-of-way, as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />Dated April 17, 1922between Pacific Electric Railway Company and the Southern Counties <br />Gas Company, covering two pipe lines at NormeBdy Place and Beverly Place, <br /> <br />Dated January l7, 1924 between Pacific Electric Railway Company and the Southern Countie: <br />Gas Company, covering one 3" pipe at East Bishop Street, <br /> <br />Dated May 24, 1922 between Pacific Electric Railway Company and the Southern Counties <br />Gas Company, covering a 2" pipe line at Wisteria Place, <br /> <br />Dated January 24, 1913 between Pacific 'Electric Railway Company and the Southern Cali- <br />fornia Edison Company, providing maintenance and operation of overhead wire crossing at <br />McFadden Street, <br /> <br />Dated June 5, 1924 between Pacific Electric Railway Company and the Southern Counties <br />Gas Cc~pany, providing for a 3N pipe line near Wakehem Place and Maple Street, <br /> <br />Dated November 1, 1922 between Pacific Electric Railway Company and T.M.Gilmore, cover- <br />ing pipe line located at a point 175 feet north of the north line of McFadden Street, <br /> <br />Dated December 10, 1925hetween Pacific Electric Railway Company and the Pacific <br />Telephone and Telegraph Company covering two creosoted wood ducts at Normandy Place end <br />Harwood Place, <br /> <br />Dated June 20, 1923 between Pacific Electric Railway Company and the Pacific Telephone <br />and Telegraph Company covering underground conduit crossing near Beverly Place, <br /> <br />Dated July 29, 1925 between Pacific Electric Railway Company end the Pacific Telephone <br />and Telegraph Company covering four underground conduits located between Bishop Street <br />and Beverly Place. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Markel and carried, proper officials were <br /> <br />authorized to execute the agreement with the County of Orange for the improvement of <br /> <br />Edinger Street from Center Street easterly to Bristol Street, a distance of <br /> <br />4007 feet. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Jerome and carried, proper officials were <br /> <br />authorized to execute the agreement with Revere Copper and Brass Inc., ~ated November <br /> <br />19th, 1956, for the dedication of rights-of-way for Hemlock Way, Bristol, San Lorenzo, <br /> <br /> <br />
