Cook, for an easement for street purposes for the widening of <br /> the north side of Delhi Road between Flower Street and Park Drive, without cash con- <br /> sideration, was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Councilmen Dale H. Neinly, J. Ogden Markel, William Jerome, <br /> Tilghman A. Taylor, Milford W.
