HoWever, the local agency may require <br /> the person to supply data and information, both <br /> to determine whether the project may have a sig- <br /> nificant effect on the environment, and to assist <br /> in the preparation of an EIR by the local agency. <br /> This information may be submitted in the form <br /> <br />-45- <br /> <br /> <br />
