Dahl <br />None <br /> <br />Each member of the City Council having received copies of the Minutes of <br />December 17th, 1956 and December 28, 1956, reading of the ~5nutes was <br />dispensed with and approved on motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by <br />Jerome and ca, tied. <br /> <br />Hearing This being the date set for hearing and no protests having been received, the amendment <br /> <br />Amendment Planning <br />Commission <br />Ordinance <br />Ne.side W~mzt St. <br />from Maple to Cedar <br /> <br />initiated by the Planning Comztission for the reclassification of property located on the <br />north side of Walnut Street from Maple Avenue to Cedar Street, from the R-3 District to <br />P-PK District, was considered. On motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Markel and <br /> <br />carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance amending Article IX of the Santa ~na Municipal Code <br /> creating chanA~s in district boundaries, and amending Sheets <br /> 4 and 7 of the Districting Map to Show the reclassification" <br /> <br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br />Hearing <br />Amendment <br />Nathan Rubaloff et al <br />(Bristol and Walnut <br />Streets) ~ <br /> <br />This being the date set for hearing and no protests having been received, the amendment <br />application of Nathan Rubaloff et al was considered for the reclassification of preper~y <br />located on the northwest and southwest corners of Bristol and Walnut Streets, with 145 <br /> <br />feet frontin~ on Bristol Street and 170 feet fronting on Walnut Street; and for reclassi- <br /> <br />fication from R-2 District to C-1 District of the property situated on the north and <br /> <br />sides of Walnut Street, beginning at a point 170 feet %~st of Bristol Street and <br /> <br />to Pacific Avenue. It was moved by Councilman ~Markel, seconded by Jerome and carried, <br /> <br />that the Attorney be instructed to prepare au Ordinance to reclassify the property on tke <br /> <br />northwest corner of Bristol and Walnut Streets, with145 feet fronting on Bristol Street <br /> <br />and 170 feet on Walnut Street, from R-2 to C-2-PK District, and to reclassify from R-1 to <br /> <br />C-1-PK District, the property situated on the north side of Walnut Street beginning at a <br /> <br />point 170 feet west of Bristol Street extending to Pacific Avenue; and the property at <br /> <br />the southwest corner of Walnut and Bristol Streets, with 145 feet fronting on Bristol <br /> <br />Bid acceptance <br />Five business <br />coupes m ~ $$ <br /> <br />Street and 170 feet on Walnut Street. <br /> <br />A tabulation of bids was presented by the Manager for the furnishing of five business <br /> <br />coupes, in accordance with Specification No. 621-12, as follows: <br /> <br />O.
