The Clerk administered the oath of office to Lieutenants <br /> <br />Fred Hopper, Dwight Gross and Richard Pemberton and to Sergeants Lee Dam/er, <br /> <br />Lee Stracner and Charles R~e!. The Chief of Police commended the officers <br /> <br />for their efficiency and stated they would assume additional responsibilities <br /> <br />in their new positions. <br /> <br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motio~ <br /> <br />of CounciLman Heinly, seconded by Jerome and carried, the following Resolutio~ <br /> <br />entitled: <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 57-1 accepting Grant Deed" <br /> <br />from Charles C.
