DC <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 75-72 ~ -~ 76- ~& Q- ~_7- 7~ <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA FIXING THE SALARY OF THE CITY <br />ATTORNEY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has recently appointed a new <br />City Attorney, and it is appropriate to establish a new salary <br />for that position; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the salary of the <br />City Attorney of the City of Santa Ana, California, is hereby <br />fixed and established at $3,000.00 per month ($36,000 per annum). <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That said salary shall be paid in <br />the same manner and at the same time as other monthly salaries <br />in the City are paid, and that said new salary rate shall take <br />effect and be paid from July 1, 1975. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of June, <br />1975. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />(~.~.
