Godsh~l 1, Chairman of Santa Ana Area, 1957 March of Dimes Campaign, <br /> <br />for permission to solicit funds on January 31st, 1957, fr~ 7:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M.~ <br />was granted. <br /> <br />On motion of Counc~lm,n. Ogden Markel, William Jerome, <br />Absent, Count11 men None <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Jerome, seconded by Heinly and carried, action was deferred <br />until the next meeting on the Resolution establishing stop signs on Halladay Street <br /> <br />at Chestnut Street. <br />" <br />On recommendation of the Department of Public Wor~ and on motion of CounCilman <br /> <br />Jerome, seconded by Heinly and carried, the request of Bovee & Crail was granted <br />for an extension of t~ae to Feb~m.mr~ 1st, 1957, for the completion of the Bristol <br /> <br />Street Pumping Station. <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilman Jerome, seconded by Reinly and carried, that the M~n~ger:l <br />be authorized to file a notice of completion of the deck grooving on the Memorial <br />Park Swfum~ing Pool, accept the work and authorize the payment of the final progress <br /> <br />payment, subject to the 10% retention, j <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Jerome and carried, the work was ~ <br /> <br />accepted on Project No. 96, for the widening of the west side of Bristol Street, <br /> <br />between Pine and Fourth Street and widening of both sides of Bristol Street from <br /> <br />l~Ifth to Washington, and on Project No. 98 for the widening of both sides of Bristol <br />Street from Washington Avenue to 17th Street, and improving approximately 400' of <br /> <br /> <br />
