<br />hearing was ordered published setting the date of hearing on February 18, 1957, on t~
<br />· meD~m~nt application of Orange County Development Company, for the reclassification
<br />of property located on the north side of Wilshire Avenue Just west of Bristol Street
<br />with a frontage of 1022.02 feet on Wilshire Avenue and a depth of approximately
<br />271.92 feet, from R-1 District to C-1 and.R-3 Districts.
<br />
<br />On motion of Councilin-- Jerome, seconded by Markel and carried, a notice of public
<br />heart~ was ordered published setting the date of hear~ on February 18, 1957, on
<br />the amendment application of John L. Nobles, for the reclassification of property
<br />consisting of am irregular-shaped parcel of land contaiming 6.83 acres, located on
<br />the east side of King Street between Ninth and Tenth Streets, from R-1 District to
<br />R-3 District.

<br />A tabulation of bids was presented by the M~_--~er for the furnishing of all material;
<br />and labor to provide Fairview and Center Park Lighting System, in accor~a-ce with

<br />of the intersection of McClay Street and Chestnut Avenue, with 172' frontage on
<br />Chestnut Avenue an~ extending south to Begent Street, was approved, subject to con-
<br />ditions of Department of Public Works.

<br />Nembee Investment Company, o~ property located at the southeast corner of the inter-
<br />section of First and Center Streets, and is approximately 300' x ~00', was approved.
<br />On motion of Oouncilman Jerome, seconded by Markel and carried, the Becord of Survey
<br />Map su~m~tted by Hembee Investment Company, on property located at the southeast
<br />corner of the intersection of First and Center Streets, and is approximately 300' x
<br />300', was approved.

<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Besolution, on motion of
