<br /> "Ordinance No. NS-227 ~m~nding Article IX of the Santa Aha ~micipal
<br /> Code creating changes in district boundaries, and amending Sheet
<br /> No. 37 of the Districting Map to show the reclassification"
<br />
<br /> of property on the northwest corner of Bristol and Walnut Streets, from R-2 to the
<br /> C-2-PK District, and the southwest corner of Bristol and Walnut Streets and the
<br /> side of Walnut Street west of Bristol Street to Pacific Avenue from R-2 to C-1-PK
<br /> District, reference amendment application of Nathan l~lbaloff, et al, was considered
<br /> and passed by the following vote:

<br />public dances in the City, and fro~ Nathan Rubaloff favoring the adoption of the
<br />proposed Dance Ordinance. On motion of CouncS~man Neialy, seconded by Markel and
<br />carried, the communications were received and filed. The Clerk read the proposed
<br />Dence Orat~-~¢e. Four Ministers stated their reasons for opposing the Ordinance.
<br />It was moved by COlnlCflman Heinly and seconded by Jerome that the following

<br />On motion of Councilman ~el~y, seconded by Jerome and carried, the request of G.J.
<br />Nardulli tMet the 22' a~ey located 90.03' north of the intersection on the west
<br />of Valencia Street and the Santa Aha Freeway be vacated, was refe~d to the Manager
<br />for report.

<br />On motion of Counc~m-~ Markel, seconded by Jercm~ and carried, the request bf Harry
<br />Tancredi t~et a pu~tien of Poinsettia Street located at the southeast corner of 17th
<br />and Poinsettia Streets, lying along the Santa Aha Freeway be vacated, was referred
<br />to the Manager for report.

<br />On motion of Counc~2ma~ Heinly, seconded by Markel and carried, the request of
<br />Sisterhood Temple Beth Sholo~ for permission to block off Eighth Street from
<br />to Bush Streets, from 12 noon to 6:00 P.M., March XTth, for the purpose of
<br />a Purlin Carnival, and to solicit fu~ for the building of a new Sun~ School and
<br />Co~aunity Center, was referred to the M~-~ger for report.
