<br />On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Markel and carried, the petition signed
<br />by twenty-three persons requesting the establishment of a two-hour parking limit in
<br />the 800 block North Birch Street, was referred to the Council as a committee of the
<br />whole.

<br />On motion of Councilman Eeinly, seconded by Markel and carried, the request of
<br />Rlmer S. Sullivan for a twenty-minute zone in front of his place of business at
<br />1232 South Main Street was re-submitted to the curb usage cummlttee for further
<br />investigation between the hours of 4:00 p.M: and 6:00 P.M.

<br />On ree.--.-~ndation of the Department of Public Works and on motion of Counctlm~n
<br />Reinly, seconded by Markel and carried, the Director of Finance was authorized to
<br />issue a warrant in the amount of $441.0Oto the State of California, Division of
<br />Highways, to be placed on deposit with the property disposal agents pending receipt
<br />of a proposed sewer easement over State owned property located between the Santa
<br />Aha Freeway and Main Street~ Tustin, comprising an area of 0.084 acres.
