Sullivan) <br /> <br />Dedication of sewer <br />easement between <br />Santa Ana Freeway and <br />Main Street, Tustin <br /> <br />The Council having unantmously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of <br /> <br />Counci]man Rein]y, seconded by Markel and carried, the following Resolution entitle, <br /> <br /> "Resolution No. 57-33 concerning parking limitations and curb <br /> markings in accordance therewith" <br /> <br />establishing a red zone on the west side of Spurgeon Street between Fifth and Sixth <br />Streets, was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Dale H. Dahl <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Markel and carried, the petition signed <br />by twenty-three persons requesting the establishment of a two-hour parking limit in <br />the 800 block North Birch Street, was referred to the Council as a committee of the <br />whole. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Eeinly, seconded by Markel and carried, the request of <br />Rlmer S. Sullivan for a twenty-minute zone in front of his place of business at <br />1232 South Main Street was re-submitted to the curb usage cummlttee for further <br />investigation between the hours of 4:00 p.M: and 6:00 P.M. <br /> <br />On ree.--.-~ndation of the Department of Public Works and on motion of Counctlm~n <br />Reinly, seconded by Markel and carried, the Director of Finance was authorized to <br />issue a warrant in the amount of $441.0Oto the State of California, Division of <br />Highways, to be placed on deposit with the property disposal agents pending receipt <br />of a proposed sewer easement over State owned property located between the Santa <br />Aha Freeway and Main Street~ Tustin, comprising an area of 0.084 acres. <br /> <br /> <br />
