RESOLUTION NO. 75-105 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />AMEI~DING RESOLUTION 74-162 BY ADDING THERETO TWO NEW <br />TRANSITIONAL C.E.T.A. CLASSES AT APPROPRIATE SALARY RATES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on November 18, 1974, the City Council passed and adopted Resolution <br />74-162, establishing transitional job classes and salary rates for the employment of <br />unemployed Santa Ana residents under the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act <br />(C.E.T.A.) of 1973; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there is an in~nediate need to add new job classes to t he list of <br />class titles contained in said Resolution 74-162 and to allocate salary rates thereto. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Resolution 74-162 is hereby amended by <br />adding thereto, in proper alphabetical sequence, the following class titles and <br />salary range numbers as next herein set out: <br /> <br />CLASS TITLE <br /> <br />SALARY RANGE NUMBER <br /> <br />Planning Aide <br />Planning Technician <br /> <br />266 <br />273 <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this amendment shall take effect on August <br />1, 1975. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its <br />regular meeting held on the 4th day of A~,~,,~* , 1975. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~ORL~'NCE I.
