<br /> Street, was approved, subject to the filing of a cash bond in the s~n of $9,300.00
<br /> license payment fee in the amount of $550.00 accepted and agreement covering
<br /> improvements was ordered signed.

<br /> On motion of Counc~lm~ Heinly, seconded by Markel and carried, Map of Tract No.

<br /> Avenue and Santa Clara Avenue and bond in the sum of $8,300.00 were approved,
<br /> license pa2ment fee in the amount of $550.00 accepted and agreement covering

<br /> Greenbrier Streets and between 19th and 22nd Streets, and consisting of twenty-
<br /> three lots, was approved, subject to the conditions as set forth by the Department
<br /> of Pablic Works.

<br /> On motion of Counc~m~ Reinly, seconded by Markel and carried, Tentative Map of
<br /> Tract No. 3217, submitted by Industrial Enterprises, Inc., of property located on
<br /> the east side of Kllson Drive, south of Dyer Road, and consisting of seven lots,
<br /> was approved, subject to certain corrections and eliminations of statements as
<br /> shown on the map.

<br /> On motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded by Markel and carried, Tentative Map of
<br /> Tract No. 3210, submitted by W. D. Greschner Company, of property located on the
<br /> east side of McClay Street between Warren and McFadden ~treets, and consisting of
<br /> twenty lots, was approved, subject to conditions as imposed by the Department of
<br /> Public Works.

<br /> Communications were read from Nathan Rubaloff advising that a part of Tentative
<br /> Tract No. 2494, will not be subdivided, which is approximately 84' x 500', and is
<br /> a part of the Walnut Street extension, and suggesting that Mr. Fred Woslum grant to
<br /> the City a deed, without cost. Mm-. Rubaloff offered to negotiate for the removal
<br /> of the water well, on the property, without cost, providing the City will make
<br /> certain improvements. On motion of Councilman Neinly, seconded by Markel and car-
<br /> ried, the communications were received, filed and referred to the M~ager to study
<br /> the matter with Mr. Rubaloff.

<br /> It was moved by Councllmeu Heinly, seconded by M~rkel and carried, that amended
<br /> escrow instructions be approved and signed with Mildred L. Kenyon, for property on
<br /> North Bristol Street.
<br />
<br />It was moved by Counc~m~u Heinly, seconded by Markel and carried, that escrow
<br />instructions be approved and signed with Ernest C. Wilson et ux, for the purchase
<br />of 4.686 acres of property Immediately east of Prentice Park on Main Street, Tustin
<br />for park pmrposes, and the Director of Finance instructed to issue warrant for the
<br />sam of $32,500.00.

<br />The Council having nnantm~usly waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of
<br />Counc~lm~ Neinly, seconded by Markel and carried, the follOWing Resolution
<br />entitled:

<br />
