Marguerite Schubert <br /> <br />Public Works Department <br /> <br />Ge <br /> <br />The following requirement is also to be complied with <br />prior to the issuance of a Building Permit: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />Provide a letter from Garden Grove Sanitary Dis- <br />trict about availability of their lines for <br />service and capacity. <br /> <br />Note: City of Santa Aha has no sewer main in <br />Clinton Street at this location. <br /> <br />The following requirement is also to be complied with <br />prior to issuance of utilities release by the Depart- <br />ment of Building Safety and Housing= <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />Construct any necessary storm drain facilities <br />that may be necessary as approved by the Depart- <br />ment of Public Works. <br /> <br />Dedications: Clinton Street .- Street easement for a <br />width of 30 feet from center line to property line and <br />a cul-de-sac as required. <br /> <br />J. Improvement Plans: <br /> <br />(1) Clinton Street <br />(2) Water main <br />(3) Storm drain if required <br /> <br />K. Improvements: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />Clinton Street with curb and gutter 18 feet west <br />of the center line, pavement to meet existing <br />pavement and sidewalk. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />Provide for cul-de-sac at southerly terminus of <br />Clinton Street as required by the Department of <br />Public Works. <br /> <br />Fire Department <br /> <br />Le <br /> <br />Provisions complying with the following Codes shall <br />apply: <br /> 1971 Uniform Fire Code <br /> Title 19, California Administrative Code, Public <br /> Safety <br /> Title 24, California Adlninistrative Code, Housing <br /> and Commercial Development <br /> Title 25, California Administrative Code, State <br /> Building Standard. <br /> National Fire Protection Association Standards <br /> <br />Plans incorporating the above codes showing Fire Depart- <br />ment access driveways, automatic fire protection sys- <br />tems, portable fire extinguishers and on-site fire <br />hydrants shall be submitted for approval by the Fire <br />Department prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />6. General Findings: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />There are special circumstances applicable to t_he <br />subject property which would cause the strict <br />application of the zoning ordinance to deprive the <br />subject property of privileges not otherwise at <br />variance with the intent and purposes of the <br />Santa Aha Municipal Code Zoning Chapter 41; and <br /> <br />VA 75-40 Page 3. <br /> <br /> <br />
