Y:30 P.M. <br /> <br />City Council met in regular session. <br />Meeting called to order by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Pre sent: Councilmen <br />Absent: Councilmen <br /> <br />Dale H. Heinly, J. Ogden Markel, <br />William Jerome, Milford W. Dahl <br />None <br /> <br />Each member of the City Council having received copies of the Minutes <br />of March 18, 1~57 and March 25, 1~57, reading of the Minutes was <br />dispensed with and approved on motion of Councilman Heinly, seconded <br />by Jerome and carried. <br /> <br />Hearing <br />"Shinn Dyer <br />Road kunex" <br />Ordinance <br /> <br />This being the date set for hearing protests on annexation to the City of certain <br />uninhabited territory designated "~hinn Dyer Road Annex", and there being no pro- <br />tests, on motion of Councilmau Heinly, seconded by Y~rkel and carried, the follow- <br /> <br />lng Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />Ordinance declaring the annexation of that certain territory <br />designated 'Shinn Dyer Road Annex'" <br /> <br />Hearing <br />"Santiago Creek <br />~aJme×" <br />Ordinance <br /> <br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br />This being the date set for hearing protests on annexation to the City of certain <br />uninhabited territory designated "Santiago Creek Annex", and there being no pro- ' <br />tests, on motion of Councilman Markel, seconded by J~rome and carried, the follow- <br /> <br />ing Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance declaring the annexation of that certain territory <br />designated 'Santiago Creek Annex'" <br /> <br />Continued hearing <br /> "Vehicle Parking <br />District No. l" <br />Reso. No. 57-69 <br /> <br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br />This being the date set for the continued hearing on the re-spreading of assessmen' <br /> <br />for'Vehicle Parking District No. 1", no protests were received. The Council <br /> <br />having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of CounciLman <br /> <br />Heinly, seconded by Jerome and carried, the following Resolution entitled: <br /> <br />"Resolution No. 57-69 confirming the assessment and diagram <br />for 'Vehicle Parking District No. l" and ordering the Clerk <br />of the Council to deliver ~same to the Director of Public <br />Works for recording" <br /> <br />was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> <br />
