Description of Proposal: <br /> <br /> The applicant proposes to add beer and wine sales to retail <br />items sold at the existing drive-in dairy outlet. No additional <br />square footage will be necessary for the sale of the additional <br />items. <br /> <br />2. Area Description: <br /> <br />A. Property: <br /> <br /> An irregular shaped parcel with 116' of frontage on Edinger <br />Avenue, a depth of 605' and a total area of approxima, tely 47,812 <br />square foot (1.09 acre) <br /> <br />B. Surrounding Development: <br /> <br />North (acress Edinger) single family residences <br />South - Pasture area for dairy <br />East - commercial stores, three single family residences <br />West - single family residences, dairy <br /> <br />C. Street System: <br /> <br /> Edinger Avenue is a planned arterial highway. <br />D. Surrounding Zoning: See attached SDM <br /> <br />E. Present ~Use: <br /> <br /> Combination retail dairy sales, store and milk processing <br />plant in a building 115' x 20'.
