On motion of CounciLman Heinly, seconded by Markel and carrted~ a notice of public hearing was ordered published setting the date of hearing on May 6, 1957, on amend- ment application of ~'fil!iam L. and Ida M. Babylon, for the reclassification of property located at the southwest corner of Bristol and Edinger Streets, said property consisting of a frontage of 331.86' on Edifier Street and 6h9.44' on Bristol Street~ from the R-1 District to C-1-PK District. On motion of Councilma~n Hoinly, seconded by Markel and carried, a notice of public hearing was ordered published setting the date of hearing on ~iay 6, 1957, on Planni~ Commission initiated amendment for the reclassification of property located on the north side of West Eighth Street between North Ross Street and North Broad~.;ay, from the R 3 Distr~ct to the P-PK District. On motion of Counci~an Markel~ seconded by Heimly ~ carried, action was postpone~ until the ne~ reg,!ar r..eeting on the request of Harry Tancredi for abandonment of. m~ alley located just north of the Santa Aaa F~cway off Va!enema Street.
