All buildings will be two-story. <br /> <br />Parking <br /> <br />The required one covered parking space and .5 open <br />parking space per unit has been provided, for a <br />total of 471 parking spaces. <br /> <br />Density and Open Space <br /> <br />The proposed development would be built at 25.8 units/acre, <br />or 1,687~ of land area per unit. Open space provided would <br />be 50.2%.
