Parkcenter Corporation <br /> <br />Public Works <br /> <br />H~. Developer shall make provisions for commercial trash <br /> collection bins in accordance with City standards. <br /> <br />I. Improvements. <br /> <br />1) Fruit Street with full width sidewalk, close existing <br /> curb cut and remove tank from existing right of way. <br /> <br />2) Dianne Street with full width sidewalk. <br /> <br />NOTE: <br /> <br />Trees and tree well locations are to be approved <br />by the Parks Department. Street trees are to be <br />installed by the developer. <br /> <br />Fire Department <br /> <br />J. Prov{sions complying with the following codes shall apply: <br /> <br />1) 1971 Uniform Fire Code <br />2) Title 19, California Administrative Code, Public <br /> Safety <br />3) Title 25, California Administrative Code, Housing & <br /> Commercial Development <br />4) California Administrative Code, State Building <br /> Standards <br />5) National Fire Protection Association Standards <br /> <br />Plans incorporating the above codes showing Fire Department <br />access driveways, automatic fire protection systems, portable <br />fire extinguishers and on-site fire hydrants shall be sub- <br />mitted for approval by the Fire Department prior to the <br />issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />Police Department <br /> <br />That a plot plan be placed at each driveway entrance into <br />the complex and at each of any recreations centers within <br />the complex in a manner meeting the approval of the Planning <br />Department,,and Police Department. <br /> <br />That all exterior doors, with the exception of glass sliding <br />doors, shall be solid core in design and be equipped with a <br />single cylinder deadbolt lock with a minimum one inch throw. <br /> <br />N. No glass shall be within 40 inches of the locking device on <br /> solid core doors. <br /> <br />O. Glass sliding windows shall be equipped with a locking device. <br /> <br />P. Glass sliding windows shall be non-removable in design when <br /> in a closed and locked position. <br /> <br />Glass sliding windows shall have an auxiliary locking device <br />or a single locking device for the sliding window and shall <br />be approved by the Police Department. <br /> <br />R. Glass Sliding doors shall be so designed as not to be capable <br /> of being removed when the door is in a closed and locked position. <br /> <br />VA 75-50 Page 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
