RESOLUTION NO. 76-14 <br />PAGE FOUR <br /> <br />the arc of last said curve through a central angle <br />of 2°53'37'' an arc distance of 98.08 feet to a <br />point of tangency on a line parallel with and distant <br />52.00 feet Southerly, measured at right angles from <br />the centerline of Seventeenth Street; thence Westerly <br />along last said line parallel to Seventeenth Street, <br />a distance of 0.23 feet to a point on a line parallel <br />with said centerline of Flower Street, thence Northerly <br />along last said parallel line to its intersection <br />with last said line parallel to the centerline of <br />Seventeenth Street, 25.00 feet Southerly measured at <br />right angles from last said centerline; thence Easterly <br />along last said parallel line, a distance of 310.56 <br />feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> <br />PARCEL 2: <br /> <br />Vehicular access rights to and from Seventeenth Street <br />across the land contiguous to and Southerly of the <br />above-described Parcel 1. <br /> <br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM two strips of land 32 feet in <br />width and 38 feed in width the centerlines of which <br />are distant Westerly 144 feet and 313 feet respectively <br />from the centerline of Flower Street measured along <br />the centerline of Seventeenth Street. <br /> <br />PARCEL 3: <br /> <br />Vehicular access rights to and from Flower Street <br />across the land contiguous to and Westerly of the above- <br />described Parcel 1. <br /> <br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM two strips 32 feet in width and <br />35 feet in width the centerlines of which are distant <br />Southerly 132 feet and 382 feet respectively from <br />the centerline of Seventeenth Street measured along <br />the centerline of Flower Street. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the attached map be <br />entered as Exhibit A and be used as an illustration of the here- <br />inabove described property. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That work is to begin <br />immediately, and it is necessary for the City of Santa Ana to <br />have possession of the hereinabove described property as soon <br />as possible. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the project is planned <br />in a manner that will be most compatible with the greatest public <br />good and the least private injury and the property sought to <br />be acquired is necessary for the project. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Attorney is <br />hereby ordered to bring an action in the name of the City of <br />Santa Ana to condemn said property necessary to be taken and <br />to do all things necessary to prosecute said action to final <br />determination. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Attorney is <br />ordered to obtain immediate possession of that portion of the <br />above described property together with the right to enter upon <br />the remaining property where necessary for construction and <br />severing purposes. <br /> <br /> <br />
