JLC: ar <br />5/11/76 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76-52 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE LEGAL <br />DESCRIPTION OF A.P.001-192-08 CONTAINED <br />IN RESOLUTION 76-14. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there was a mistake in the legal description <br />of AoP.001-192-08; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has determined <br />that for safety and aesthetic purposes the take line along <br />the front of this parcel should be reduced by approximately <br />1.9 feet. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council <br />of the City of Santa Ana does hereby amend the legal descrip- <br />tion of A.P.001-192-08 to read as follows: <br /> <br />Legal Description A.P.001-192-08 <br /> <br />That portion of Lots 53, 54 and 55 of Tract <br />No. 748, in the City of Santa Ana, as per <br />map recorded in Book 30, Page 9 of Miscell- <br />aneous Maps, records of said Orange County, <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel 1: That portion of said Lot 55 <br />described as follows: Commencing at the <br />Southwest corner of said Lot 55, said corner <br />being 40 feet Northerly, measured at right <br />angles, from the centerline of Seventeenth <br />Street, as shown on said map; thence Northerly <br />along the West line of said Lot 55 a distance <br />of 5.12 feet, to its intersection with a <br />nontangent curve concave Northerly having a <br />radius of 1950 feet, said point of intersection <br />also being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence <br />Easterly along the arc of said curve through a <br />central angle of 0°51'17'' an arc distance of <br />29.09 feet to a tangent point on a line parallel <br />with and distant 44.9 feet Northerly measured <br />at right angles, from the said centerline of <br />Seventeenth Street, said point of tangency also <br />being a point of cusp; thence Westerly along <br />said parallel line to the said West line; thence <br />Northerly along said West line to the TRUE POINT <br />OF BEGINNING. <br /> <br />Parcel 2: The Southerly 4.90 feet of said Lots <br />53, 54 and 55. Together with all vehicular <br />access rights to and from Seventeenth Street <br />from the land contiguous to and Northerly of the <br />said Southerly 4.90 feet of Lots 53, 54 and 55. <br />Excepting therefrom a drive approach, 16.5 feet <br />in width, the centerline of which is 33.74 feet <br />Easterly as measured along the centerline of <br />Seventeenth Street, from the intersection of <br />said Seventeenth Street centerline and the Southerly <br />extension of the Westerly line of said Lot 55. <br /> <br /> <br />
