<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of
<br />
<br />Councilmau Gould, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the following Ordinance entitled
<br />
<br />"Ordinance No. NS-246 amending Sections 3211, 3211.1, 3211.2 and
<br />3211.3 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code regulating all-night
<br />parking and repealing other Sections"
<br />
<br />was considered and passed by the following vote:

<br />Noes, Councilmen J. Ogden Markel, Dale H. Heinly
<br />Absent, Councilmen None
<br />
<br />The Manager read the report of the Traffic Engineer reference application of D. W.
<br />Boyles, dba Airport Coach Service, and on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by
<br />Gould and carried, the Clerk was instructed to notify the Public Utilities CommissiOn
<br />that if, in the future, "No Parking" is permitted on Main Street, that a loading
<br />zone will be established on the north side of West Sixth Street, for the Airport
<br />Coach Service and Mr. Boyles to be so informed.
<br />
<br />On recommendation of the curb usage committee and on motion of Councilman Hubbard,
<br />seconded by Hall and carried, the request of Jack Wagaman was granted for a 35'
<br />driveway on Bristol Street, approximately in the middle of the property which begin~
<br />at a point 180' south of Edinger and extends to the south 225' on the east side of
<br />
<br />Bristol Street, for the A.&.W. Building driveway.
<br />
<br />On recommendation of the curb usage committee and on motion of Counc~lm~u Hubbard,
<br />
<br />seconded by Markel and carried, the request of the Register Publishing Company was
<br />
<br />granted for two 35' driveways on Grand Avenue near Sixth Street.
<br />
<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of
<br />
<br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, the following Resolution entitled:i
