<br />of property located at the southeast corner of First and Lyon Streets, with frontage
<br />of approximately 298.82' on First Street and 1209.86' on Lyon Street, from
<br />to R-3-PK District, reference amendment application of Elk's Building Association,
<br />was considered and passed by the following vote:

<br />was considered and passed by the following vote:
