<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Ordinance, on motion of

<br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, the following Ordinance entitled:
<br />
<br />"Ordinance No. NS-252 amending Article IX of the Santa Ana Municipal
<br /> Code creating changes in district boundaries and amending Sheets No.
<br /> 16, 24, 29, 33 and 37 of the Districting Map to show the reclassification"
<br />
<br />of property located on the south side of Second Street and the north side of Walnut
<br />
<br />Street, from Artesia Street to Birch Street, from the R-2 and R-3 Districts to P-PK
<br />
<br />District, and to modify the existing C-1 and C-2 Districts by adding PK thereto,
<br />
<br />reference Planning Commission initiated amendment, w~s considered and passed by the
<br />
<br />following vote:

<br /> Code creating changes in district boundaries and amending Sheets No.
<br /> 18, 19, 20, 23, 24, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 39, 46, 53 and 55 of the
<br /> Districting Map to show the reclassification"
<br />
<br />~f property located on both sides of Bristol Street, to a depth of 150', fram Santa
<br />
<br />Clara Avenue to Delhi Road, from R-1 District to R-2 District, except between Fifth
<br />
<br />and Walnut Streets, where it is proposed to reclassify the property from R~2 District
<br />
<br />to C-i-PK District and modify the existing C-2 District by adding PK thereto, refer-
<br />
<br />ence Planning Commission initiated amendment, was considered and passed by the fol-
<br />
