Heinly <br />None <br /> <br />Each member of the City Council having received copies of the Ninutes of <br />April 15, April 16 and April 22, 1957, reading of the Ninutes was dispensed <br />with and approved on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Eall and carried. <br /> <br />Hearing This being the date set for hearing and no protests having been received, the amend- <br />~me ndment <br />Elks Building <br />Association <br /> <br />merit application of Elks Building Association was considered for the reclassification <br />of property located at the southeast corner of First and Lyon Streets, with frontage <br /> <br />of approximately 298.82' on First Street and 1209.86' on Lyon Street, from R-1 <br /> <br />District to R-3-PK District. On motion of Counci!meu Hall, seconded by Gould and <br /> <br />carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance amending Article 1-X of the Santa Aha M~nicipal Code <br /> creating changes in district boundaries, and amending Sheet <br /> No. 51 of the Districting Map to show the reclassification" <br /> <br />Hearing <br />Amendment <br /> John L. Nobles <br /> <br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br />This being the date set for hearing and no protests having been received, the amend- <br />ment application of John L. Nobles was considered for the reclassification of proper- <br />ty consisting of an irregular-shaped parcel of land, containing 6.83 acres, located <br /> <br />on the east side of King Street between Eighth and Eleventh Streets, from the R-1 <br /> <br />District to R-2 District. On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and <br /> <br />carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance amending Article IX of the Santa AnaM~uicipal Code <br /> creating changes in district boundaries, and amending Sheet <br /> No. 26 of the Districting Map to show the reclassification" <br /> <br />Hearing <br />Amendment <br />William L. and <br />Ida M. Babylon <br /> <br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br />This being the date set for hearing and no protests having been received, the an~nd- <br />ment application of William L. and Ida M. Babylon was considered for the reclassi- <br />fication of property consisting of a frontage of 331.86' on Edinger Street and <br /> <br />649.44' on Bristol Street, located at the southwest corner of Bristol and Edinger <br /> <br />Streets, from the R-1 District to C-1-PK District. On motion of Counci]msn Markel, <br /> <br />seconded by Hubbard and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance amending Article IX of the Santa Ana ~unicipal Code <br /> creating changes in district boundaries, and amending Sheet <br /> No. 46 of the Districting Map th show the reclassification" <br /> <br />Hearing <br />Planning Commission <br />initiated amendment <br />(north side W. 8th <br />St. between Ross <br />and Broadway) <br /> <br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br />This being the date set for hearing and no protests having been received, the amend- <br />ment initiated by the PlanniD~ Commission was considered for the reclassification of <br />property located on the north side of West Eighth Street between Ross and Broadway, <br />from the R-3 District to P-PK District. On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded <br /> <br />by Markel and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance -mending Article IX of the Santa Aha ~Amicipal Code <br /> creating changes in district boundaries, and amending Sheet <br /> No. 16 of the districting map to show the reclassification" <br /> <br />Hearing <br />Planning Commission <br />initiated amendment <br />(south side 2nd St. <br />and north side Walnut <br />from Artesia to Birch) <br /> <br />was intreduced~ considered and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br />This being the date set for hearing and no protests having been received, the amend- <br />ment initiated by the Planning Commission was considered for the reclassification of <br />property located on the south side of Second Street and the north side of Walnut <br />Street, from Artesia Street to Birch Street~ from the R-2 and R-3 Districts to P-PK <br /> <br />District, and to modify the existing C-1 and C-2 Districts by adding PK thereto. <br /> <br /> <br />
