<br /> On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Markel and carried, the following
<br /> Ordinance entitled:
<br />
<br /> "Ordinance amending Article IX of the Santa Aha Municipal Code
<br /> creating changes in district boundaries and amending Sheets
<br /> No. 16, 24, 29, 33 and 37 of the Districting Map to show the
<br /> reclassification"
<br />
<br /> was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading.

<br /> This being the date set for hearing and no protests having been received, the amend-
<br /> ment initiated by the Planning Commission was considered for the reclassification of
<br /> property located on both sides of Bristol Street, to a depth of 150'~ from Santa
<br /> Clara Avenue to Delhi Road, from R-1 District to R-2 District, except between Fifth
<br /> and Walnut Streets, where it is proposed to reclassify the property from R-2
<br />
<br />District to C-1-Pk District and modify the existing C-2 District by adding PK there$o.
<br />On motion of Councilman Nm.ll, seconded by Mark~l and carried, the following

<br /> Ordinance entitled:

<br /> This being the date set for hearing protests declaring Seventh Street between Main
<br /> Street and Sycamore Street to be a One-Way street; no protests were received. The
<br /> Council having ,,n~nimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of
<br /> Councilm-n Gould, seconded by Markel and carried, the following Resolution entitled:

<br /> "Resolution No. 57-116 declaring Seventh Street between Main
<br /> Street and Sycamore Street, to be a One-Way S~reet for west-
<br /> bound traffic only"
<br />
<br /> was considered and passed by the following vote:

<br /> This being the date set for hearing on the closin~ of a portion of Poinsettia
<br />
<br /> Street, between 17th Street and the Santa Ana Freeway; no protests were received.
<br />
<br /> On motion of Councilman W, ll, seconded by Markel and carried, action was postponed .
<br /> until the next regular meeting.
<br />
<br /> This being the date set for hearing protests delimiting of additional area as a part
<br /> of the site for a Civic Center, to include the easterly one-half of the block
<br /> bounded by Van Ness Avenue, Sixth, Parton and Eighth Streets, and to include all of
<br /> the block bounded by Van Ness Avenue, Sixth, Ross and Ei~hth Streets; no protests
<br /> were received. The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution,
<br /> on motion of Councilman Gould, seconded by Hall and carried, the following Resolution
<br /> entitled:

<br /> "Resolution No. 57-117 delimiting a site in the City of Santa Aha
<br /> for a Civic Center and adopting same as a section of the Master
<br /> Plan for the location of public buildings"
<br />
