Analytical and statistical compi- <br />lation and treatment are the core work behaviors involved in the work assignments. <br /> <br />.I~.COt~E~:~ED MINIMUM qUALIFICATIONS <br /> <br /> Graduation from a four year college with specialization in public or business <br />· administration, preferably including course work in finance, economics and/or <br /> statistics, plus some administrative experience in a staff capacity in a govern- <br /> mental Or business agency or any equivalent combination of training and experience <br /> which provides the following knowledge, skills and abilities: <br /> <br />'Knowledge of: principles and practices of administration and government agencies; <br />principles of organization and management; research techniques methods and <br />procedures; basic statistical and accounting principles. Ability to: analyze <br />and evaluate data; prepare comprehensive reports and proposals; analyze procedures <br />and develop recommendations; organize and conduct special studies; express ideas <br />concisely and effectively orally and in writing; establish and maintain effective <br />working relatio~s with other City employees and business contacts. <br /> <br /> <br />
