No. 57-146 This being the date set for hearing protests on annexation to the City of certain uninhabited territory designated "Segerstrom Annex NO. 3", and there being no pro- tests, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, the follo~-lng Ordinance entitled: "Ordinance declaring the annexation of that certain territory designated 'Segerstrc~ Annex No. 3'" was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. This being the date set for hearing protests to amend Section 9114.3 of the Zoning Ordinance to provide for time limitations on Variances, and there being no protests, on motion of Councilman Hall, seconded.by Gould and carried~ the following Ordinance entitled: "Ordinance adding a new Section to the Santa Aha Municipal Code to place a time limitation on the effectiveness of any Variance during which the use permitted must be started" was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. This being the date set for hearing and no protests having been received, the amend- ment initiated by the Planning Commission was considered for the reclassification, from R-3 District to P-PK and C-1-PK Districts, properties situated within the area bounded by Main Street on the east, Broadway on the west, 20th Street on the south, and Eanta Clara Avenue on the north; and also~ to reclassify to C-1-PK District~ the existing C-2 District and the easterly lO0-foot portion of R-1 District found within the area bounded by Main Street, Broadway, Santa Clara Avenue, and the Santa Aha Freeway, with the exception that the parcel of land situated at the northwest corner of Main Street and Santa Clara Avenue, remain C-2 District as presently zoned. On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by N~ll and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "Ordinance amending Article IX of the Santa Ana Municipal Code creating changes in district boundaries, and amending Sheets No. 13 and 14 of the Districting Map to show the reclassification" was introduced~ considered and placed on file for second reading. This being the date set for hearing and no protests having been received, the amend- ment initiated by the Planning Co~mission was considered for the reclassification from R-2 to R-3 District, property o~ued by the City of Santa Aha amd leased to the Izaak Walton League of America, ~nc., upon which they propose to erect a Clubhouse, said property consisting of approximately 3.40 acres, situated near the Santa Ana River and immediately West of the termination of Santa Clara Avenue. On motion of Councilman Gould, seconded by Markel and carried, the following Ordinance entitled: "Ordinance amending Article IX of the Santa Aha Municipal Code creating changes in district boundaries, and amending Sheets No. 21 and 25 of the Districting Map to show the reclassification" was introduced, considered and placed on file for second re~ding. Councilman Markel disqualified himself on his amendment application to reclassify property on the east side of South Sycamore Street, between Edinger Street and Borchard Avenue, from R-3 to C-2 District. The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, the following Resolution entitled:
