Ogden Markel" <br /> <br />was considered and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, A. A. Hall, Dale H. Heinly <br />Noes, Councilmen Stanley C. Gould, Jr. <br />Absent, CounciLmen None <br />Not Voting, CounciLmen J. Ogden Markel <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, the following Ordinance <br /> <br />entitled: <br /> <br />"Ordinance amending Article IX of the Santa Ana Municipal Code creating <br />changes in district boundaries, and amending Sheet No. 31 of the <br />Districting Map to show the reclassification" <br /> <br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br />Councilman Hubbard presented a merit certificate and a cash award to Paul Bernard <br /> <br />DeCroix, who was the outstanding driver of the month in the Santa Ana Safe Driving <br /> <br />Campaign. <br /> <br />Mrs. Weston Walker presented a First Award Trophy for Civic Beautification won by <br /> <br />the City in the Orange County Beautification Contest of 1957 which was accepted by <br /> <br />Councilman A. A.
