<br />The Council having unanimously waived the reading of the Resolution, on motion of [
<br />Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Markel and carried, the following Resolution entitled:

<br />from Charles C. Brisco, for a street easement over property on the north side of
<br />
<br />17th Street, east of College Avenue, without cash consideration, was considered and
<br />
<br />passed by the following vote:
