Description of Proposal: <br /> <br />The applicant proposes to construct detached single family residences on <br />6,000 sq.ft, lots that all have frontage on a public street {standard single <br />family residence tract). Total lots involved in the project are 85. The <br />unit sizes are proposed to range between 1300 sq.ft, and 1750 sq.ft. <br /> <br />2. Area Description: <br /> <br />Property: <br /> <br />A rectangular Shaped parcel with 658 feet of frontage on Raitt Street, <br />a depth of 1,123 feet and a total area of approximately 16.96 acres. <br /> <br />B.
