CUP 76-6 <br /> <br />Santa Fe Land Improvement Company <br /> <br />That this conditional use permit shall be subject to review at <br />two-year intervals, at which time the Planning Department shall <br />review the subject premises to determine if the required condi- <br />tions of the conditional use permit have been met and to deter- <br />mine whether or not any problems have arisen due to this opera- <br />tion. The Planning Department may, after the review apply <br />additional conditions. These conditions are subject to review <br />and approval by the Planning Commission and ,City Council. <br /> <br />3) That the architectural design of subject off-premise advertising <br /> signs shall be subject to Planning Department review and approval. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />That the proposed billboards be set back a minimum distance of <br />20 feet from the ultimate property line on Grand Avenue, in <br />conformance with the recently approved ordinance amendment NS-1301. <br /> <br />5) That the off-premise advertising signs be removed prior to the <br /> issuance of any building permits on the subject property. <br /> <br />B. Public Works <br /> <br />1) The billboards shall not be located within existing or proposed <br /> street right of way. <br /> <br />2) Dedications: <br /> <br />a} Grand Avenue: Street easement for a width of 50 feet from <br /> centerline to property line. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Lyon Street: Street easement for a width-of 30 feet from <br />centerline to property line, or 60 feet from property line <br />to property line or realignment, all as.approved by the <br />Department of Public Works. <br /> <br />c) Alley: Alley easement for alley corner cutoffs as approved <br /> by the Department of Public Works. <br /> <br />COMPLIANCE WITH C.E.Q.A.
