RESOLUTION NO. 76-77 <br />PAGE FIVE <br /> <br />Fire Science Educational Incentive Allowance. <br /> Personnel in the classes of Ftrefighter II, Fire Engineer, Fire Inspector and <br /> Fire Captain, who meet the following criteria will be paid an additional flat <br /> rate of thirty dollars ($30.00) per ~nth: <br /> 1) Successful completion of probationary period for Firefighter II, and <br /> 2) Possession of an Associate of Arts degree with major in Fire Science from <br /> an accredited college, 30 units of which must have been earned subsequent <br /> to employ~nent with the Santa Aha Fire Department. <br /> Up°n promotion to any rank above.that of Fire Captain, such additional educational <br /> incentive allowance shall be discontinued. <br /> <br /> BE IT FUR'rH~R RESOLVED: That any and all other Resolutions amending <br />Section 3 of the Resolution No. 58-281 are declared to be superseded, rescinded and <br />repealed by this Resolution. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTRER RESOLVED: That this Resolution shall take effect as of the <br />day of July, 1976. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTgO by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its <br /> <br />regular meeting held on the <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />19th day of July , 1976. <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFOI%NIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE )SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLOI~NCE I.
