RESOLUTION NO. 76-78 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA AMENDING THE 1976-77 ANNUAL BUDGET <br />BY DELETING ONE (1) DEPUTY CITY MANAGER AND <br />ONE (1) ADMINISTRATIVE AIDE AND ADDING ONE <br />(1) ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT <br /> <br /> WHEKEAS, the City of Santa Aha has undergone a six-month trial period of a <br />proposed reorganization plan for the Office of the City Manager as recommended by <br />a nationally-recognized management consulting and research firm contracted for <br />the purpose of developing a Management Improvement Program for the City of Santa <br />Aha; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is now desired to amend the reorganization plan by revising the <br />allocation of classes and salary and wage schedules to the 1976-77 Annual Budget; and <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT P. ESOLVED: That the 1976-77 Annual Budget of the City <br />of Santa Aha be amended by deleting one Deputy City Manager for Development Services <br />from Account Number 11-501 and one Administrative Aide from Account Number 11-041 <br />and adding one Administrative Assistant to Account Number 11-041, so that the total <br />n,,mher of positions in Account Number 11-501 is reduced by one and the total number <br />of positions in Account Number 11-041 is unchanged. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this amendment shall take effect on July 1, <br /> , 1976. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its <br /> <br /> re~flar <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />meeting held on the <br /> <br />CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />27th day of July , 1976. <br />~OR <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE )SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, FLORENCE I.
