REL~ar 8/19/76 RESOLUTION NO. 76- 103 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA REVERSING THE ACTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 76-35, APPROVING SAID VARIANCE APPLICATION, AND APPROVING APPEAL NO. 366 FILED THEREON BY PHYLLIS WHEELER WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held before the City Council of the City of Santa Ana on August 16, 1976 on Appeal No. 366 filed by Phyllis Wheeler in opposition to the Planning Commission's denial of Variance Application No. 76-35; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that based on such public hearing and the oral and documentary evidence submitted therein, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana does hereby reverse the action of the Planning Commission denying Variance Application No. 76-35, does hereby approve said variance application subject to conditions as hereafter set forth, and does hereby approve Appeal No. 366. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby adopts as its findings of fact for approval of Variance Application No. 76-35 those "Finding of Fact, Variance Applica- tion No. 76-35" prepared and submitted by the Planning Commis- sion attached hereto, and that said variance application is approved on condition of compliance with all requirements set forth therein. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said variance appli- cation is approved on the additional condition that this var- iance shall be submitted for review by this Council at the expiration of twelve months hereafter, at which time this Coun- cil may supplement or modify the conditions of approval or initiate revocation proceedings for noncompliance with such conditions.
