The proposed project is a logical exoansion of an existing use that <br /> was previously approved under CUP 71-11, CUP 71-18 and CUP 72-18. <br /> <br />The proposed project will not have any detrimental effect on the <br />surrounding area. <br /> <br />If the Commission approves the application, the following standard require- <br />ments must be met: <br /> <br />B. Planning <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />That a revised plot plan be submitted showing 20-foot wide land- <br />scaped setback areas along F~irview Street and MacArthur Blvd. as <br />required by the recently adopted Ordinance NS 1301. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Prior to building permits, plot plans, floor plans and elevations <br />of all buildings shall be submitted to the Planning Department for <br />approval.
