RESOLUTION NO. 76-121 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAI~TA ANA AMENDING SECTION 3 OF RESOLUTION NUMBER 58-281, AS AMENDED, ADDING THE NEW CLASS OF HOUSING REPRESENTATIVE. WHEREAS, on November 3, 1958, the City Council passed and adopted Resolution No. 58-281, revising and re-establishing the Basic Compensation Plan for all officers and employees of the City of Santa Aha; and WHEREAS, Section 1004, Article X of the City Charter of the City of Santa Aha requires the City Manager to prepare, install and maintain a position classification and pay plan subject to civil service rules and regulations and the approval of the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended said classifi- cation and pay plan; and WHEREAS, it is now desired to add a new class not currently included in the City's Classification and Pay Plan and to assign appropriate salary ranges to said new class according to the City's two-year salary adjustment program. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Resolution No. 58-281, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding to Section 3 thereof, in proper alphabetical sequence, the following class title at the salary range number as next herein set out: CLASS TITLE Housing Representative SALARY RANGENlrMBER BY EFFECTIVE DATE 10-1-76 4-1-77 1-1-78 4-1-78 290 296 303 314 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this amendment shall take effect on October 1, 1976.
