RESOLUTION NO. 76-148 <br />PAGE TWO <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the returns of said election have been <br />duly and regularly canvassed as provided by law, and all absentee <br />ballots returned, if any, have been canvassed as provided by law, <br />with said certification of canvass attached hereto as Exhibit A <br />and made a part hereof as though set forth in full herein. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the votes case in the precincts estab- <br />lished for said election upon said propositions, and for and <br />against said propositions, the absentee vote~ if any, cast upon <br />said propositions and for and against said propositions, and the <br />total votes cast at said election for and against said proposi- <br />tions and upon said propositions are set forth in Exhibit B <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof as though set forth herein <br />in full. <br /> <br /> Section 4. That the votes of a majority of all the voters <br />voting at said election upon Proposition P were cast in favor of <br />the adoption of said proposition, and said proposition is hereby <br />declared to have been carried at said election. <br /> <br /> Section 5. That the votes of less than a majority of <br />all the voters voting at said election upon Proposition Q were <br />cast in favor of the adoption of said proposition, and said <br />proposition is hereby declared to have failed to carry at said <br />election. <br /> <br /> Section 6. That the votes of less than a majority of <br />all the voters voting at said election upon Proposition R were <br />cast in favor of the adoption of said proposition, and said <br />proposition is hereby declared to have failed to carry at <br />said election. <br /> <br /> Section 7. That the votes of less than a majority of <br />all the voters voting at said election upon Proposition S were <br />cast in favor of the adoption of said proposition, and said <br />proposition is hereby declared to have failed to carry at said <br />election. <br /> <br /> Section 8. That the votes of less than a majority of <br />all the voters voting at said election upon Proposition T were <br />cast in favor of the adoption of said proposition and said <br />proposition is hereby declared to have failed to carry at said <br />election. <br /> <br /> Section 9.
