Annex", and there being no <br />protests, on motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Hall and carried, the follow. <br />ing Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "Ordinance declaring the annexation of that certain territory <br /> designated 'First and Tustin W. W. Todd was considered for the reclassification of property <br />consisting of approx~tely 4.57 acres, situated on the west side of Tustin Avenue, <br />beginning at a point 325 feet north of the northwest corner of the intersection of <br />Tustin Avenue and Fruit Street; thence continuing north 298.76 feet on Tustin Aven~ <br />thence west 62~ feet; thence south 623.76 feet (to Fruit Street); thence east 30 <br />feet; thence north 325 feet; thence east 599 feet to the point of beginning, from <br />the R-1 District to the R~2 District. On motion of Councilman Gould, seconded by <br />Hubbard end carried, the following Ordinance entitled: <br /> <br /> "Ordinance amending Article IX of the Santa Aha Municipal Code <br /> creating changes in district boundaries, and smending Sheets <br /> No. 69 and 70 of the Districting Map to show the reclassification" <br /> <br />was introduced, considered and placed on file for second reading. <br /> <br />On motion of CounciLman Hubbard, seconded by Markel and carried, action was continue <br />until the next regular meeting on Preliminary Record of Survey Map submitted by W. <br />H. Siemsen on property located appro×~m,tely 700 feet south of 17th Street and east <br />of Lincoln Avenue. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Markel and carried, the Preliminary <br />Record of Survey Map submitted by N~rold F. Fore on property situated along the wes~ <br />side of Shetton Street between Richland Street ~nd Highland Avenue, extending west <br />of Shelton Street ~ depth of approximately llO feet, was approved subject to con- <br />ditions of the Department of Public Works. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Gould, seconded by Markel and carried, action vas continued <br />until the next regular meeting on Preliminary Map submitted by Otto Trapp om propertl <br />located on the west side of Lyon Street, beginning at a point approximately 260 feet <br />north of the northwest corner of the intersection of Chestnut and Lyon Streets, with <br />a frontage of approximately 2_12 feet on Lyon Street, extending west for a depth of <br />approximately 240.17 feet on the south boundary, and a depth of approximately 260.34 <br /> <br />feet on the north boundary. <br /> <br /> <br />
