RESOLUTION NO. 77-53 <br />PAGE TEN <br /> <br />Softball & Football Fi el ds i 1/2 hours <br /> (Non-League Use) <br /> <br />2.50 Day <br />6.00 Night <br /> <br />*No charge for Little League, Pop Warner & related groups. <br /> <br />FEE FOR RESERVATION OF RECREATIONAL CENTERS <br /> <br />Recreational Centers may be reserved by any group or organization, <br />when official City meetings, hearings or City-sponsored recrea- <br />tional activities are not previously scheduled. <br /> <br />There will be a rental charge for all other users of $10.00 per hour <br />made payable to the City of Santa Aha. Groups charging an entry fee <br />or donation will have an additional rental fee of 10% of gross monies <br />collected, unless as a non-profit organization. If the organization <br />does not meet the definition of "charitable" or "religious" as defined <br />in Chapter 26 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, and does not have a <br />non-profit I.R.S. number, they will be classified as profit-making <br />and must pay the additional 10% fee. There will be a $50 cleaning <br />deposit charge per rental. <br /> <br />I.D. cards for youths who use Centers <br />for recreational purposes <br /> <br />1.00 each <br /> <br />FEE FOR USE OF SHOWMOBILE: <br /> Profit-Making Groups <br /> <br />Each Set-up 125.00 <br />Plus Per Hour 12.50 <br /> <br />Schools, Charitable, Non-Profit <br /> and Civic Organizations <br /> <br />Each Set-up 30.00 <br />Plus Per Hour 12.50 <br /> <br />FEE FOR TREE PLANTING <br /> Parkway Tree (Cost of Tree and Planting) <br /> <br />Each 40.00 <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That copies of maps, diagrams, graphs, or special <br />work may be furnished upon the pa3mnent of the cost of printing and preparation. <br />For such items for which a regular established price is mavailable, the depart- <br />ment head, in collaboration with the Director of Finance, may establish a price <br />consistent with the cost of printing and preparation thereof. The Director of <br />Finance shall report such exceptions to the City Manager. It shall be the res- <br />ponsibility of the City Manager to review such costs annually and make such rec- <br />ommendations to the City Council as required to keep the charges consistent with <br />the costs.
